READING RESPONSES#1

 Book Review

                      SYZYGY-Tashi Tobden

Welcome to my honest review of this book called SZYGY, it is recently published by one of our fellow brother called Tashi Tobden.

This book talks about death and regrets we faced in our life. The regret of not being albe to share our feelings to our love partners before they leave us forever, and the regret of loosing your love of the life because of your own mistakes.(This story is based on 6 individuals perspective.)

First of all a small town was hit by a major earthquake and it also experienced a disease outbreak that wiped out a certain population.

The story introduces three students studying at the same school, classmates actually. A boy has lost his parents in that quake and is not doing well at his school. His friends are always bullying him and there us nothing he can do about it. A girl is having the time of her life, playing with a ticking time bomb, bound to explode but only hurt itself. The quiet guy in the corner seems to be close to the first guy but he is going through the same situation as well.

The next three is on the other side of the city. A mad scientist who lost his child before birth and has nobody but himself to blame. His wife is still there by his side but he's engrossed in correcting his wrongs. There is also a sweet couple with one of the pair in desperate need of money. They are willing to face this problem together but they are unaware about the tragedy that awaits them.
